Introduction

Your privacy is important to us, so we do not store any data from visitors to https://matavoices.com that weren’t provided to us actively by filling in our contact formular at the site. In this policy, we go into more detail about specific questions you may have regarding your rights to privacy, our use of your data and the integration of services from other websites and what we do to protect your privacy while using these services. This is a static websites. We don’t use cookies or log any data. The connection is always securred with current encryption standards (TLS).

Google fonts and youtube videos

We use YouTube by embedding individual videos from the platform on our website as a so-called iFrame, allowing our visitors to play them directly on our website. For a privacy-friendly integration of the videos on our website, we first load thumbnails on our website directly from our server so that no personal data is transferred from you to Google. Only when you click on a video in order to play it, data will be transmitted to Google, over which we have no control, as well as over the further use of the data.
The Google Fonts used on our website are loaded from our server and are therefore not connected to Google's services.

Using the contact form

When you fill in the contact form and click „Send Message“, the content you entered will be sent to us (info@matavoices.com) in form of an e-mail. No data will be stored on the server. We handle all e-mails we receive with great care.

Signing up for our newsletter

You sign up for our newsletter by sending us an e-mail. To verify that it is really you who requested the subscription and not someone else without your consent, we will send an e-mail back to verify your request (Double Opt-in). Once you agree, we will add your email address to our mailing list which is administered on our mail server.
Any other information we store locally on our admin’s computer will be used to send you more related information (for example concert invites in the region). This is not an automatic process, but done manually by our admin.

Your rights

You always have the right to access personal information we save about you and ask us to correct, update or delete this information by contacting admin@matavoices.com. We don’t delete data automatically and keep it as long as we exist.
We don’t share any data with third parties.
